Cancelling/Rescheduling 

I appreciate that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. With notice, I may be able to swap you with someone, or at least be able to give the appointment to someone else.

If less than 24 hours notice is given, the full of the cost of your appointment will be due before any other appointments will be scheduled. 

 

If I need to reschedule your appointment due to being unwell, your deposit is safe, and every effort will be made to rebook you an appointment ASAP
